## Optimal Tracking

1. Hold live meetings and take videos and photos in a well-lit room.
2. Remove eyewear such as glasses and sunglasses.
3. Keep your iPhone/iPad front camera at eye level.
4. Avoid obstructing facial tracking by covering your face with objects or hands.

## Quality Media Capture

1. Keep your iPhone/iPad at least 3 feet from yourself (no more than 10 feet) for the best results.
   * Tracking is functional at 13 to 16 feet with excellent lighting.
2. Implement a minimum 3-second delay when taking photos or videos at a distance. This will give you time to position yourself accordingly.
3. Use tools such as a selfie stick, phone car mount, or a ring light when necessary.
